Food and Recipe

 

Food is a repeated term known to all of us. Food refers a kind of substance generally obtainable from nature, more specifically from animals or plants that provide us energy using nutrients like carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals or water. Without eating food we can’t live thus food is central elements to keep our life.  

 

There are many components in a food. For a healthy life we have to take food consists of some basic components which are known as basic components of food. The seven basic components of food are Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, fibers and water. A person must have to ensure these elements to keep his body and mind healthy.  

 

Food is the most primitive necessity that is still hunting humankind. Food demands special attention as without proper food men can suffer a lot. Thus one should ensured secured food to survive without hazard. Foods are diverse in nature in different parts of the world though presently some foods are common all over. Fast foods are such types of food most of its menus are common worldwide.

 

A direction for doing something is called Recipe. But traditionally a set of instructions is known as a recipe (an algorithm) that shows how to prepare or make something, especially a cooking dish. People used to take food in raw forms at the very early of human civilization; later the foods were somehow boiled or grilled after the invention of the use of fire. Afterward, continued to increase love for food and a variety of races and nations of the world invented millions of delicious recipes.
